Cost of Housing

Living on campus is affordable and convenient. Pay no extra cost for first and last months' rent or security deposit. Installment plans are available and financial aid may be directly applied to cover housing expenses.

Upper Division Apartment (Juniors and above), Single Bedroom $7,963;  Studio $9,495 (Studio not available to first year students)

Fees shown above are for a single payment plan (Plan 1) for the 2009-10 year, for three quarter terms. There is a separate housing contract available for summer students. Fees are subject to change without advance notice.

Installment Payment Plans
