Office of Admission Student Service Operations Closed February 22 - March 15 for Processing Days

Due to the very large and unprecedented number of applications Cal State East Bay received for Fall 2011, the Office of Admission will close its student service operations (including accepting phone calls and responding to e-mails) from February 22 - March 15, 2011 to focus all staff efforts on application and document processing. We apologize for the inconvenience, but processing days are necessary to ensure all applications are reviewed and admission decisions are rendered as soon as possible. We will resume taking phone calls and responding to e-mail inquiries on March 16.

You can view your admission status, including documents received, in MyCSUEB at https://my.csueastbay.edu. If you recently sent us your required transcripts and test scores, it typically takes 2 to 3 weeks for processing. After March 16, your file will be updated.

If you have an urgent question, you can visit the Enrollment Information Center on the First Floor of the Student Services and Administration (SA) Building on the Hayward Campus or the Academic Services Center on the Concord Campus. Members of our staff are available to answer questions in person.
