Fitness Classes and Intramural Teams

Additional fitness classes and intramural sports teams are organized by the Associated Students Inc. Classes include dance, hapkido, table tennis, taekwondo, Pilates and yoga.

Recreation and fitness is also a priority at Pioneer Heights residence halls on the Hayward campus, with recreation rooms, fitness equipment room and outdoor game areas offered to residents living on campus.
