Non-Resident Estimated Cost
Tuition fees are based on residency status, class level (undergraduate, graduate or credential), and number of enrolled units. Non-resident tuition fees are $248 per unit in addition to resident fees, not including any materials or facilities fees. These fees also apply to international students. These fees do not apply to eligible students from WUE states.

Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Estimated Cost
Cal State East Bay is a Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) member institution. Undergraduate students with residency in an eligible western state can enroll in classes at 150% of California resident tuition and fees. Residents from the following states may qualify to be eligible for WUE fees:
