Application Deadlines

Application deadlines are the dates by which you must submit your application to CSU Mentor. Published deadlines are subject to change. Apply early since enrollment may be limited for some programs.

Some graduate programs may have earlier application deadlines and/or may not accept applications every quarter. Check with the department for complete details. Review the deadlines for:

• Undergraduate students
• Graduate and Credential students
• International students
• Continuing Education students

Supplemental Application Deadlines

Some academic and support service programs have supplemental application forms with specific deadlines. Check with the department for complete details.

• Nursing B.S.
• Business Administration B.S.
• Graduate degree programs

Winter, Spring and Fall Quarter 2013

Winter Quarter 2013 applications will be accepted from transfer, graduate, and credential students (California residents and non-residents) starting on June 1, 2012. Classes begin January 7, 2013. Cal State East Bay is the only SF Bay Area CSU accepting new students in January 2013!

Spring Quarter 2013 applications will not be accepted, with the exception of community college transfer students who complete the Associate Degree for Transfer which was made possible through recent legislation (Senate Bill 1440). Applications will be accepted starting on August 1, 2012. Classes begin April 2, 2013.

Fall Quarter 2013 applications will be accepted from freshmen, transfer, graduate and credential students (California residents and non-residents) starting on October 1, 2012. Classes begin September 25, 2013.

Document Deadlines

Applicants are required to submit a partial transcript with coursework in progress, and test scores if applicable, by the Partial Document Deadline. In addition, applicants are required to submit a final transcript with final grades posted by the Final Document Deadline. Check MyCSUEB for a full personalized list of required documents.

Intent to Register (SIR) Deadline

All admitted students are requested to submit their Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) through MyCSUEB by the priority deadline listed to secure a place in the entering class.
