* Upper-division transfer applicants must have 60 transferable semester units (90 transferable quarter units) and the four basic skills courses completed by the beginning of the term prior to enrollment. (For example, Fall Quarter applicants must complete these items by the end of the Spring term.) The basic skills courses can be found at: www.csueastbay.edu/admission. This is a requirement of your admission and your application may be cancelled if not completed.

Documents received after priority deadline are processed in order of the date they are received.
Lower-Division Transfer Students
Cal State East Bay at this time is not accepting applicaiton from lower-division transfer students with 59 or fewer trasnferable semester units (89 transferable quarter units). Howveer, paper applications from returning student and veterans with lower-division standing will be accepted. For these students, application and document deadlines would be the same as those for upper-division transfer students.
Second Bachelor's Degree Applicants
Cal State East Bay at this time is not accepting applications from students wishing to pursue a second bachelor's degree. However, second bachelor's degree applications are accepted through CSU Mentor for students interested in pursuing Nursing or the online Business Administration degree completion program administered through the Division of Continuing and International Education. (Application and document deadlines would be the same as upper-division transfer students.)
