CaPS is the student counseling service on campus, providing personal counseling services to all registered students at California State University, East Bay.
The counselors at CaPS provide culturally sensitive confidential support addressing the variety of personal concerns you may have.

FREE Emotional Wellness Self-Screening
This completely anonymous online screening (depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress, eating disorders, alcohol issues, and suicide prevention) takes just a few minutes. Following the screening you might want to make an appointment to see a CaPS counselor.
