What can I do with a Liberal Arts degree
An education from the College of Letters, Arts and Social Sciences at Cal State East Bay provides students with a wide variety of choices of employment or graduate school following graduation. Popular majors include Liberal Studies, Sociology, Criminal Justice and Communication, leading to careers in teaching, social work, law enforcement and public relations, for example. But CLASS offers many more majors, and students are encouraged to pick majors that truly interest them. CLASS students receive a broad undergraduate education encompassing general education courses and their major specialties. Below you will find links to a variety of resources and options available to you based on major selection. You may also click here to see results from our 2006-2007 Graduate Survey to find out where students with a degree from CLASS went after graduation.
