The EXCEL program offers eligible students in-depth, long term academic support throughout their undergraduate education. To be eligible for this program, you must be a low-income, first-generation college student or be a disabled student.

Renaissance Scholars Program (RSP) is designed to provide much needed guidance and financial assistance to assure that former foster youth can succeed in college.

Upward Bound

Upward Bound is a pre–college educational support program. This program is designed for low–income and first generation students to assist them by providing tutoring, counseling, academic advising, college educational tours, year–round instruction, and much more.

Counseling & Psychological Services

CaPS is the student counseling service on campus, providing personal counseling services to all registered students at California State University, East Bay.

Student Health Services is a fully accredited outpatient clinic staffed by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses. Student Health Services offers basic medical care for most illnesses and injuries and various elective services.
