Student Development and Judicial Affairs

The Office of Student Development and Judicial Affairs administers the Student Conduct Code (California Code of Regulations Title 5, Section 41301). Matters relating to student conduct and violations of the Student Conduct Code should be referred to this office. The Office of Student Development and Judicial Affairs addresses student conduct issues in a manner to facilitate the ethical development of students, encourage respect for the campus community, and hold students accountable for violations of the Student Conduct Code.

• Standards for Student Conduct
  This California law, Section 41301 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations, articulates the Student Conduct Code and notes the CSU Chancellor’s authority to adopt procedures for enforcing the code. The procedures are found in Executive Order 970.
