SDRC has been assigned, by this University, with the responsibility to document, discuss and determine all disability related accommodations for qualified Cal State, East Bay students with disabilities. As a result, all SDRC-approved accommodations must be honored and supported by all University faculty and staff. Failure to do so can result in costly litigation. In some cases, both a University employee (faculty and staff) along with the University can be sued for monetary damages.
