Prospective Students

Thank you for your interest in California State University, East Bay (CSUEB). We hope the following information will assist you as you apply to CSUEB.

• Apply for admission to the university and submit all requested admissions documents.

• After you have received notification of your admission to the University, call the Student Disability Resource Center at (510) 885-3868 (V/TDD) and request an intake appointment with a Disability Resource Counselor.

• Written documentation of your disability from your doctor or school is generally required to make an intake appointment. You will have the opportunity to discuss with a counselor the nature of your disability and its impact on your education, as well as any specific accommodation needs.

• The counselor will complete the Determination of Accommodations form and will give you the necessary information and orientation to help you get started in arranging your accommodations.
