Services for Faculty & Staff
Massage Therapy	Massage treatments help to: Develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function. Relieve or prevent physical dysfunction and pain. Relax tight and tense muscles. Improve circulation, recovery time and immune system function. Reduce overall stress. Cost: $15 for a 30 minute appointment for students $25 for a 30 minute appointment for faculty & staff Cancellations: SHS must receive notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or a fee equal to the cost of the visit will be charged. Optometry	Comprehensive eye examination: $45.00 and up Contact Fitting (including general exam and fitting): $65.00 and up Wide selection of contemporary glasses and contact lenses available for purchase Services are provided by the School of Optometry, University of California, Berkeley Hours: Wednesdays & Thursdays: 8:30am – 4:00pm Cancellations: SHS must receive notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or a fee of $45.00 will be charged.
