Track Your CSU Academic Advisement Report (CAAR) in MyCSUEB
Students pursuing an undergraduate degree may track their progress via the CSU Academic Advisement Report (CAAR) in MyCSUEB.
What are Advisor Notes?
Students can view Advisor Notes via their Student Center in MyCSUEB. These notes can be submitted by an Evaluator, Academic Advisor, Faculty Advisor, or Graduation Evaluator. If an Advisor Note is available for viewing, a link “Advisor Notes” will be available through the "My Academics" page as well as a link on your CSU Academic Advisement Report, and as a selection in a drop-down menu under Academics on the front page of the Student Center. If there is no link, that means there are no notes at the moment to be displayed.
The creator of the note may also choose to send you an e-mail that shows the contents of the notes. Also, when Advisors submit electronic requests on your behalf regarding petitions, substitutions, or other items, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the outcome of the request.
How to Access your CSU Academic Advisement Report (CAAR):
- Log-in to MyCSUEB at http://my.csueastbay.edu
- Click on Student Center
- Click on “My Academics” link
- Click on "View my advisement report" link
- You will be taken to the CSU Academic Advisement Report (CAAR). If you have an advisor note to view, you will see the "Advisor Notes" link under the "Current Academic Summary" block. If you don't see the "Advisor Notes" link, then there are no notes to be displayed.
