Making an maintenance request is both quick and easy. Choose from the two categories below to see which area your request falls into and then follow the link to get started.


Cable, Internet, Key Card, and Pest Issues

  • Internet Issues - Wireless and wired connection issues. Network hardware repair requests
  • Bay Cards - Lost keycard requests and other door access issues
  • Comcast Cable Issues - Cable reception issues, missing cable or non-responsive cable boxes, and damaged cabling
  • Pest Issues - Report Mice and Bug issues in your apartment

Carpentry, Electrical, Heating, Painting and Plumbing

  • Carpentry – Cabinets, Counter Tops, Doors,
  • Electrical – Lighting and Outlets  
  • Heating – Exhaust Fans and Heating
  • Painters – Mildew, paint chipping or peeling, chipping paint
  • Plumbers – Garbage disposal, Toilet Back-Ups,

ALL AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY REQUESTS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF YOUR BUILDING’S RESIDENT ASSISTANT ON DUTY.
