The RAW Fitness Center has two floors of fitness equipment including cardiovascular, plate-loaded, selectorized, and free weights. A great place where members can use state-of-the-art equipment to help reach their fitness goals.
Fitness Center Orientation
If you are new to fitness centers and/or are interested in getting a tour and orientation of our fitness center, download and fill the Fitness Center Orientation Request Form and send it toASIRecFC@csueastbay.edu.

No gum or foods are allowed.
Only water in a sealable, non-breakable container is permitted.
Dry, closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
Weights and other equipment may not be removed from the facility.
- Personal equipment is NOT permitted except weight gloves and weight belts.
Fitness towel usage is required.
DO NOT slam or drop weights.
Always use spotters and weight collars.
Re-rack ALL weights after use.
Wipe down ALL equipment before and after use.
Rough-housing and rowdiness WILL NOT be tolerated.
Personal belongings should be kept in a cubby or locker.
No one under the age of 15 will be allowed in the fitness center.
Cell phone calls/messaging must be conducted outside.
Towels go in the Towel bin, Trash goes in the Trash can, and Recycling goes in the Recycling can.
- Notify any Fitness Center Attendant of any broken or damaged equipment.
Failure to abide by Fitness Center Rules may result in suspended or cancelled membership.
