RAW group fitness instructors work to offer fun, safe and effective exercise classes
for the students of CSUEB and RAW members. The RAW offers member favorites
like Zumba, Spinning, Yoga as well as many other popular classes.

Our instructors are well-trained to provide quality instruction and the motivation you
need to reach your fitness goals.

Fitness Philosophy: Do what you enjoy and you will stick with it. Do not do something because it is the “in” thing. You will be more consistent and have better rewards if you enjoy it. Fitness is not a pair of elastic pants one size does not fit all.
