*You must be eligible to receive services at Student Health & Counseling Services to be able to log in. If you are unable to log in with your NetID and password, call Student Health & Counseling Services at 510-885-3735 for more information about your eligibility.





Schedule an Appointment

Schedule an appointment with a medical provider, view your scheduled appointments, reschedule, and/or cancel appointments online.

Appointments can be made for the following types of visits:

  • Office visits for non-urgent concerns

  • MMR Immunizations

  • Vaccines

  • Men’s Health – STIs

  • Women’s Health – Pap Smear, STIs, and other gynecological reasons

  • Sexual Health Education Session

  • Birth control – start, change, or consultation

  • Massage Therapy

  • Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs (includes Smoking Cessation, Alcohol Screening, and Marijuana Screening)


If you need urgent care, do not make an online appointment. In a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1, UPD at (510) 885-3333, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Send secure messages to a medical provider

Send and receive secure messages with our medical providers. This is a confidential and convenient method of communication regarding your health care. Secure messaging may be used by providers to provide general information, lab results or follow-up instructions.



Complete health history form

Complete your health history form in advance. The information becomes a part of your medical record and is kept confidential. Completion of this form prior to your visit will prevent unnecessary delays during your visit.
