RELAY FOR LIFE

Celebrate Remember Fight Back
ASI banner

What makes Relay For Life successful is teams. They are the most integral part of Relay. Without the hard work and dedication shown by each individual in a team, there would be no Relay. We believe that training team captains to become the motivation for their teammates is crucial for a successful Relay. It is for this reason that we take time to provide resources, information, and support for teams and their captains to do what they never thought they could: help make a world with more birthdays. And what better way to create a world with more birthdays than to join or make a team? I cannot think of a better idea than that.

 March 2, 3, 9, 10 @ 8 PM
    March 11 @ 2 PM
    University Theatre
    $20 General; $15 Discount; $10 CSUEB Student

Book and lyrics by Joe DiPietro
    Music by Jimmy Roberts
    Directed by Darryl V. Jones
    Musical Direction by Sierra Dee

This funny musical revue includes songs and vignettes about the modern world of romance. This celebration of the mating game takes on the truths and myths behind that contemporary conundrum known as 'the relationship.' Act I explores the journey from dating and waiting to love and marriage, while Act II reveals the agonies and triumphs of in-laws and newborns, trips in the family car and pick-up techniques of the geriatric set. This hilarious and touching revue pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those who have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, and to those who have dared to ask, “Say, what are you doing Saturday night?.”
