The Office of University Communications
The mission of The Office of University Communications is to increase awareness of California State University, East Bay, help shape and enhance the University's image, and advance its objectives among all of its constituencies through integrated, strategic communications.
The role of University Communications is to develop strategies, create standards, and produce a wide range of communications in support of key University priorities and initiatives, including development, brand marketing, and enrollment management.

Strategic communications, publications, and content produced by the Office of University Communications include Cal State East Bay Magazine, The View employee e-newsletter, CSUEB enrollment marketing and development marketing communications, news releases, and promotional multimedia. In addition, University Communications sponsors and manages a number of University Web pages and sites, including www.csueastbay.edu, About Cal State East Bay, News & Events, Alumni and Friends, Giving to Cal State East Bay, and the University of Possibilities Campaign site.
