Facilities Development and Operations
Facilities Development & Operations (FD&O) is responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations of campus facilities. FD&O currently has 125 employees and an operating budget of $7.7 million. We are responsible for two campuses, with over 1.8 million square feet of space on approximately 650 acres. The department is currently responsible for approximately $60 million in capital projects.
