Software Request

To request software for a computer lab, please complete a Service Desk ticket.

In the field Brief Description of the Request, please type “Computer Lab Software Request” followed by the location of the room and the type of software. For example, “Computer Lab Software Request for AE 393 to add Microsoft Visio on all student computers and the instructor’s station.” In the additional notes section, please list the following:

  • Date the software is needed.
  • Is the media (software) on CD or web based?
  • If web based, what is the URL?
  • Is the software freeware or licensed?
  • If licensed, how many licenses do you have?

Note: All Software Request for computer labs must be made 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the academic quarter.
