Planning and Enrollment Management (PEM)
NOTE: From July 2009 to September 2013, some Student Affairs functions were combined with planning and enrollment management to form the Division of PEMSA. In September 2013, Cal State East Bay re-established Student Affairs as a separate Division of the University.
The Division of Planning and Enrollment Management (PEM) attracts, enrolls, and supports students to further their learning, leadership, and success; and enables planning, analysis, and assessment for Cal State East Bay. PEM strives to provide timely, accurate, and effective services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and our community through excellent customer service, collegial partnerships, and continuous reflection and improvement.
The Division of Planning and Enrollment Management (PEM) supports the University in becoming an educational leader that prepares students to be successful citizens in a diverse and global society. PEM strives to provide a supportive environment with innovative student services and quality assistance that helps students achieve their goals.
