Fitness Classes and Intramural Teams

Additional fitness classes and intramural sports teams are organized by the Associated Students Inc. Classes include dance, hapkido, table tennis, taekwondo, Pilates and yoga.

The Recreation and Wellness Center offers a variety of classes and activities at its 54,000 sq. ft. facility across from Pioneer Heights residence halls.

Recreation and fitness is also offered through programs at Pioneer Heights residence halls on the Hayward campus, with recreation rooms, fitness equipment room and outdoor game areas offered to residents living on campus.
