Questions and Pre-Admission Counseling
For questions about admission or to make an appointment for pre-admission counseling, call the Office of Admission at (510) 885-2556 in Hayward or (925) 602-6700 in Concord. Pre-Admission counseling is offered at the Welcome Center on the Hayward Campus and the Academic Services Center on the Concord Campus.

When to Apply
Cal State East Bay offers year-round learning on a quarter system. Check the application deadline for the quarter to which you are applying.
Your Admission Status
Admission decisions are typically made 8 to 12 weeks after all application materials are received. Please allow two weeks for the receipt of transcripts and test scores to be recorded under your application status. If you've already applied to the University, be sure to check your admission status in MyCSUEB.
