Residence Halls

At Pioneer Heights residence halls, students enjoy modern furnished apartments and suites with the following amenities:

Cal State East Bay’s International House in Pioneer Height’s Tamalpais Hall offers students a global learning and living experience. Students living in International House not only enjoy the same amenities as other students living in Pioneer Heights but also have International House activities such as Round the World events, weekly shopping trips, and fun trips to enhance their community experience. Many visiting and international students choose to live in this hall because of the flexible rental agreements and the opportunity to build friendships with students from around the world.

When to Apply for Housing

Submit a Housing Application as soon as you apply to the university because housing space fills quickly

Living Off Campus

Many Off–Campus housing choices are available in nearby neighborhoods and towns. Public transit systems connect to campus from throughout the Bay Area.
